Berner Eesti OÜ is the Estonian subsidiary of the Finnish family-owned company Berner Oy. The company has been operating in Estonia since 1995 and focuses primarily on the import and wholesale distribution of products in the cosmetics, laboratory, microbiology, and medical sectors.
On June 30, 2026, Ordior Eesti OÜ merged with Berner Eesti OÜ. Following the merger, operations continue under the name Berner Lab.
Well-known brands represented in the fields of laboratory technology, medical equipment, and microbiology include Shimadzu, FOSS, Oxoid, Remel, and Trek, as well as Berner’s own range of disinfectant products.
